Probate Diversity Review

Cound Probate Services Ltd undertakes regular reviews of the firm’s diversity in line with the requirements of the ICAEW.

An anonymous survey was sent out to all staff. It is clear from the results that staff members do not want to provide personal details, even in an anonymised format, as in very small firms this would be clearly identifiable as to who each respondent is. After speaking with staff it was clear they felt this was an intrusive and unnecessary activity and could not understand the need to report this kind of personal information.
